Our display will go live on November 24th 2011.
- The lights will run from 5:30 PM until 11:30 PM nightly.
- the display contains over 100,000 lights.
- 4 years of my free time to design, build and setup.
- due to the average light being on for less then a few second
per minute the power consumption is much less then a much
smaller display.
- The display was synchronized by hand to each song. On
average 1 minute of music takes over 8 hours to synchronize.
Etiquette:
In order to keep our wonderful neighbors happy...
- Please turn on your radio to 96.9FM and keep windows rolled up.
- Don't shine headlights into neighbors yards (they might miss
the Christmas lights flashing)
- Drive slow through the neighborhood. (don't worry you wont
miss our house)
- please do not block the street.
- if crowded please drive around the neighborhood as there are
many other nice displays.
- Due not touch the lights or walk into the yard due the the
possibility of electric shock. (and serious sun burn)
